He jokingly noted that he plays a truly terrible guy who is actively contemplating executing a dark, unhinged plan against his family. In interviews, he revealed the exact catalyst that causes his character to abruptly change his mind and choose spiritual enlightenment instead: he realized the hotel's coconut milk had gone bad.
